Job Summary
A software and service advisory firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Sales and Revenue Operations Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Creating and maintaining reliable forecasting processes and assure adherence to those processes from Sales Leadership
- Owning all systems and tools related to our sales process and ensure alignment with CS and marketing processes
- Acting as an integrator driving the execution and implementation of the vision and directives of the VP of Sales
Qualifications for this position include:
- 15+ years of work experience in revenue operations, sales operations or strategic sales roles
- Bachelors degree in business, sales/marketing, or related discipline
- 8+ years of experience leading an ops team and recognized leadership skills
- Excellent analytical skills to compile large amounts of data into an understandable format for decision-making
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, collaboration, and cross-functional team leadership
- Extensive experience (5+ years) working with Salesforce, Hubspot and associated sales and marketing tools
