Job Summary

A software and service advisory firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Sales and Revenue Operations Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Creating and maintaining reliable forecasting processes and assure adherence to those processes from Sales Leadership
  • Owning all systems and tools related to our sales process and ensure alignment with CS and marketing processes
  • Acting as an integrator driving the execution and implementation of the vision and directives of the VP of Sales

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 15+ years of work experience in revenue operations, sales operations or strategic sales roles
  • Bachelors degree in business, sales/marketing, or related discipline
  • 8+ years of experience leading an ops team and recognized leadership skills
  • Excellent analytical skills to compile large amounts of data into an understandable format for decision-making
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, collaboration, and cross-functional team leadership
  • Extensive experience (5+ years) working with Salesforce, Hubspot and associated sales and marketing tools
