Job Summary

A global education technology company has an open position for a Remote Senior Sales Coach in Seattle.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Designing and creating a robust onboarding sales training program for new hires
• Increasing win rates through virtual and live call shadowing
• Owning the training strategy, program design and curriculum content development

Qualifications for this position include:

• 2+ years of individual sales production experience
• 2+ years of sales team management experience
• 3+ years of designing, developing and personally delivering face-to-face/virtual sales training
• 2+ years experience as a power-user/daily-user with Hubspot or Salesforce sales and reporting tools
• Hands-on experience leading 30/60/90-day sales onboarding programs in a high growth, fast paced environment
• Strong ability to learn quickly and summarize complex ideas into a consumable coaching and training
