Job Summary
A computer software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Sales Compensation Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Serve as expert in specific process and/or operational areas, support junior personnel through mentoring activities
- Drive and increase user adoption, assist users with proactive best practices to enhance and increase their knowledge
- Develop and maintain complex validation rules, workflows and formulas, and advanced custom reports
Position Requirements Include:
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience
- 7-10 years of experience in direct, indirect, and alternative compensation plan development / administration
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience in Software sales compensation a plus
- Ability to be a key contributor in the design, implementation, and administration of incentive compensation plans
- Ability to identify business and process issues and translate them into business requirements
