Job Summary
A marketing agency is in need of a Remote Senior Sales Compensation Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build strategic sales programs, compensation plans and incentive structures
- Provide subject matter expertise
- Act as a change agent
Position Requirements Include:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales compensation design and execution
- In-depth understanding of sales compensation practices
- Strong Excel skills and the ability to work with large, complex datasets within Excel
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Consistent track record in cross-functional collaboration
