Job Summary

A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Sales Incentives and Quotas Analytics Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Act as a key driver for initiatives for setting and maintaining quotas
  • Present quarterly attainment and productivity reviews to the Executives and Sales Leadership
  • Develop recommendations that improve the structure and components of compensation plans

Required Skills:

  • BS/BA degree
  • 3+ years of work experience in Sales Compensation Plan Design, Consulting, or a related field
  • High level of Excel modeling proficiency and high efficiency with large data sets
  • Experience with sales-related software applications (Xactly, SFDC etc)
  • Demonstrated professional experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to influence and adjust on the fly to new demands with a sense of urgency
