Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Sales Operations Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Manage the development of complex, strategic data analysis
• Develop key performance metrics and dashboards
• Perform collection and analysis of sales tools and deliverables associated with data

Qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
• 7+ years of experience in quantitative analysis in strategic/marketing/sales planning or similar experience
• 5+ years’ experience managing teams preferably in a remote environment
• Proven aptitude for building systematic solutions to multidisciplinary business problems
• Proven quantitative skills, experience building reports and analyzing data to drive business decisions
• Self-motivated and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
