Job Summary

A software developer has a current position open for a Remote Senior Scrum Master.

Must be able to:

  • Act as the servant leader to 2-3 Scrum teams
  • Work with Technical teams on delivering solutions to production
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies for specific technical tracks

Qualifications Include:

  • Experience in the Scrum Master role for at least five years
  • Two years in a SAFe environment
  • Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, and situational awareness
  • A-CSM, CSP-SM, ICAgile Professional, or PMI-ACP Agile certifications
  • Advanced level Scrum Master certification
  • 10+ years in the technology industry
