Job Summary

A patient-to-payment solutions company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Scrum Master.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Champion cultural education in Agile philosophy and Scrum execution
  • Track teams velocity and plans accordingly
  • Facilitate and organize daily stand-up meetings

Qualifications Include:

  • In-person and virtual company retreats
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 4+ years of project management experience
  • Certified Scrum Master and 2+ years of Scrum Master experience or Agile methodologies
  • 6+ years with software development experience as a lead developer, technical lead, or manager
  • Practical experience functioning as or acting as a Scrum of Scrums
