Job Summary

A medical company is filling a position for a Remote Senior SEC Reporting Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Supporting quarterly 10Q/K SEC filings, earnings release, and other applicable regulatory filings
• Preparing and coordinating of reporting timelines, and scheduling key quarterly meetings with management and external auditors
• Assisting in ensuring compliance with SEC and GAAP reporting requirements

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• CPA or CPA candidate required
• 4+ years experience in accounting, preferably at a Big 4
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
