Job Summary
A genetics and biology technology developer is in need of a Remote Senior Securities and Exchange Commission Reporting and Technical Accounting Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Research technical accounting matters
- Assist in the preparation of SEC filings, including the drafting of disclosures
- Compile and maintain all documentation to support the disclosures in SEC filings
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting regulations required
- Strong analytical skills
- Typically requires 5+ years of accounting and finance experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
