Job Summary

A senior service solutions provider has a current position open for a Remote Senior Service Contact Center Training Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Conduct new hire training and ongoing training for staff members
  • Train new hire employees on policies, procedures, and skills required to complete the tasks
  • Accommodate each learning style through various facilitating techniques and tactics

Required Skills:

  • Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
  • Strong verbal, listening and written communication skills
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • Effective use of adult learning theories and concepts for each class
  • Ability to guide and coach Care Center Representatives to increase their competence and meet performance requirements
  • Strong Proficiency in Google Suite programs. Effective computer skills
