Job Summary
A business management consultant is filling a position for a Remote Senior ServiceNow Developer Architect.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Resolve complex bugs/defects
- Resolve security issues in the ServiceNow environment
- Resolve high-impact findings affecting current ServiceNow performance
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 6+ years supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of an ITSM tool
- 4+ years experience in ServiceNow development
- 4+ years with JavaScript, PHP, C, Java, Perl, HTML or HTML 5
- Experience with Customer Service Management
- Ability to create detailed documentation
