Job Summary

A national mortgage originator and servicer has an open position for a Remote Senior Servicing Technology Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and oversight to multiple technology services teams
• Provide knowledgeable, hands-on technical direction to development staff
• Identify and communicate concerns, problems, and challenges to leadership in a positive, constructive, and solution-oriented manner

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• 6+ years of management experience
• 3+ years of Mortgage Servicing Industry experience
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Experience with Passport, BDE and knowledge of Snowflake is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present ideas to both technical and business audiences
