Job Summary

A provider of an online insurance comparison marketplace has a current position open for a Remote Senior Site Reliability Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Work with development teams to improve the reliability of their applications
  • Provide technical leadership and vision to improve SRE processes and tools
  • Provide first line support of all system issues and alerts

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 3+ years of AWS administration
  • Exceptional and demonstrable Site Reliability skills
  • A passion for problem solving with strong analytical capabilities
  • A desire to follow, advocate and evangelize exceptional Site Reliability processes
  • Understanding and application of the SRE practices described in the Google SRE Handbook
  • Comfort with Linux/Unix command line
