Job Summary

A software development company has an open position for a Remote Senior Small and Medium Business Business Insights Data Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Serving as a trusted advisor and partner
  • Being the subject matter expert and voice of all-things for the SMB installed customer base
  • Telling “the story” of what’s going on in the business

Required Skills:

  • BS/BA in related degree OR equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, data analytics, business intelligence, or related field
  • Comfortable presenting data and providing recommendations with confidence to senior level partners
  • Experience with BI tools (e.g. Explore, Tableau) and advanced Excel or Google Sheet functions
  • Intermediate SQL query writing and experience working with analytics data warehouses
  • Experience analyzing CRM data (e.g. Salesforce) and web tracking
