Job Summary

A software development company has an open position for a Remote Senior Small and Medium Business Business Insights Data Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Serving as a trusted advisor and partner
Being the subject matter expert and voice of all-things for the SMB installed customer base
Telling “the story” of what’s going on in the business

Required Skills:

BS/BA in related degree OR equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, data analytics, business intelligence, or related field
Comfortable presenting data and providing recommendations with confidence to senior level partners
Experience with BI tools (e.g. Explore, Tableau) and advanced Excel or Google Sheet functions
Intermediate SQL query writing and experience working with analytics data warehouses
Experience analyzing CRM data (e.g. Salesforce) and web tracking
