A privately-held software company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Software Customer Enablement Specialist in Austin.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Delivering targeted coaching sessions to accelerate customer onboarding
Enabling Customers to get the most out of the application
Coaching customers on the majority of our products

Skills and Requirements Include:

2+ years technical support experience in a SaaS environment
A firm grasp of and comfort using cloud applications
Ability to explain complex subject matter to different skill levels
Desire and aptitude to quickly ramp up on new technologies
