Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Software Customer Success Director.

Must be able to:

  • Develop a customer success enablement strategy and roadmap
  • Rebuild the Customer Success Playbook
  • Design, develop and maintain an onboarding and CS certification program

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years in building and leading an enablement function in a SaaS or consulting organization
  • 5+ years as a Senior Customer Success leader representing the customer voice
  • Proven experience building a customer success playbook
  • Proven ability to lead teams to build scalable, enabling processes and programs
  • Ability to use data to quickly make decisions and adjust strategies
  • Demonstrated operational excellence in process development and improvement
