Job Summary

A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Software Development Customer Success Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Assist in defining and building the first CS playbook for Apollo’s customer base
  • Work as a player/coach in pioneering the upmarket CS motion
  • Engage customers via strategy calls, driving product value and usage

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years of hands-on Customer Success experience
  • 2+ years experience managing a team
  • 1+ years experience in a high-growth, product / technology-driven environment
  • Experience building scalable CS processes, procedures, and best practices
  • Outstanding communication skills with proven ability to collaborate cross functionally
  • Knowledge of Google Suite and other learning platforms
