Job Summary
A software development company is seeking a Remote Senior Software Development Digital Customer Ops Revenue Operations Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Forming relationships with Revenue leadership and key members of the go-to-market team
- Documenting and developing deep understanding of existing processes and workflows
- Setting your OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) with your manager and developing an action plan to achieve them
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Customer Operations, or other relevant subject areas
- Experience with Matik and customer success software
- Proficient building working models based on complex data sets
- Track record of using data to transform business processes
- Excellent intrapersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
