Job Summary
A software development company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Software Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Building and maintaining a mission-critical web application, built primarily in Python and React
- Collaborating with and mentoring other engineers on best practices
- Working closely with product managers and stakeholders to ensure we are building the best solutions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 8+ years of experience in web application development
- Ability to design and implement a web application from the ground up
- The ability to debug production software using application and server logs and monitoring tool
- Ability to write complete, testable code with meaningful unit test coverage
- Be able to architect new full-stack features, including DB schemas, back-end models, API endpoints, and front-end implementation
- The ability to write tech specs clearly explaining planned work
