Job Summary

A design, development, and manufacturing company has an open position for a Remote Senior Software Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Develop robust applications and frameworks that have a direct impact on the business
Build and deploy solutions in AWS
Work in a product model using Scrum

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of professional experience in software engineering mainly in APIs and backend services
Experience with languages such as: Python, Java, Javascript (Node), Scala
Experience with cloud architecture and technologies, in particular, Amazon Web Services
Experience with technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Hive, and Terraform is highly desirable
Experience with agile development and test-driven development
