Job Summary

A financial company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Software Engineering Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Helping develop, mentor, and evaluate engineering staff
  • Adding new functionality and iterate on existing products
  • Developing and building products that provide an exceptional customer experience for our members

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 10+ years of professional experience with full lifecycle software development
  • Experience developing and integrating with public API's
  • Strong hands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases
  • Strong experience with Agile and Lean software engineering methodologies
  • Strong hands-on experience with at least one SQL and one NoSQL variant
  • Solid experience with quality processes, such as test-driven/behavior-driven development (TDD/BDD)
