Job Summary
A digital health company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Software Product Platform Engineering Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Building and growing teams focused on development of company's software product platform
- Providing technical leadership across internal software product engineering teams
- Defining and executing on a long term technical vision for company’s product platform across all user experiences and development teams
Qualifications for this position include:
- 8+ years of experience managing product development or platform focused software engineering teams
- 5+ years designing, implementing, supporting, and extending high volume or accuracy distributed enterprise services, APIs, pipelines, or systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related technical field or equivalent technical experience
- Experience managing multiple teams, projects, or managers/leads
- Proven ability to attract, retain, and develop top software engineering talent
- Ability to ensure platform components meet product stream usability, latency, compliance, and reliability requirements
