Job Summary

A software company is in need of a Remote Senior Software Proposal Manager.

Must be able to:

• Deliver exceptional performance to enable the safety, security, health and well-being of our nation
• Complete any other assigned tasks

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years managing complex proposals in response to Government solicitations
• Ability to develop schedules, organize responses, review solicitations, and ensure overall compliance
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience managing proposal teams that are largely virtual
• Ability to positively motivate the team to achieve all goals
• Strong leadership, facilitation, and collaboration skills
