Job Summary

A provider of enterprise cloud contact center solutions has a current position open for a Remote Senior Software Sales Director Regional Vice President.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Driving net-new sales in Mid-Market to achieve or exceed Bookings and Revenue objectives
  • Recruiting and hiring a team of 8-10 sales executives focused on acquiring new business
  • Supporting direct reports by participating and leading in client and prospect meetings

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of software sales experience in an individual contributor and/or management role
  • 4+ years sales management experience
  • Experience selling Configure Price Quote, Contract Lifecycle Management software and other solutions
  • Track record of leading teams that exceed quota and performance expectations
  • Deep understanding of industry specific value proposition
  • Must be able to thrive in a very fast paced environment and operate autonomously
