A developer of malware protection software is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Software Sales Operations Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Acting as advisor to the sales leaders globally
  • Working closely with sales management on order bookings
  • Driving a sales compensation plan and governance framework

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 10+ years’ experience with 5+ years as a Sales Operations leader in a software company
  • Proven ability to lead and scale Sales Operations through growth periods
  • Deep experience with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce CPQ
  • Knowledge of SaaS metrics, ARR, NRR, LTV, and CAC
  • Deep understanding and advanced user of Salesforce Sales Cloud, and Clari
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration
