Job Summary
A technology company that provides a regulated digital health platform to biopharma and Medtech companies is in need of a Remote Senior Software Systems Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Collaborating with software and systems engineering to transform software-based medical devices requirements
- Working with the Product Managers to track and maintain the product requirements backlog throughout the project
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the software engineering and test engineering teams
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3 – 5years of hands-on software development and/or systems engineering experience
- Experience in software medical device development classified as Class 2 and/or Class 3
- Knowledge of FDA design control requirements (21 CFR 820.30) as applied to medical device software
- Experience in working in an environment following Agile methodology
- Familiarity with SaMD development
- Experience working with nearshore and/or offshore development partners
