Job Summary

A technology company is in need of a Remote Senior Solution Consultant.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Developing solution design, pricing and sales proposals
• Delivering product and technical presentations across all product aspects
• Completing RFP and other technical writing responses

Position Requirements Include:

• Strong customer facing presentation skills
• BS Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• Experience (5-7 years) of call/contact center industry and operations
• Strong written communications
• Strong interpersonal communication
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft front-office products
