Job Summary
A software and recruiting company has an open position for a Remote Senior Solutions Architect.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading the development of technical architecture and solutions for our customers to support NG9-1-1 specific solutions
- Taking the role and ownership of the technical aspect in the sales process, and assisting in RFP responses
- Actively participating in regional and national trade shows
Skills and Requirements Include:
- The position requires roughly 25% of travel
- Extensive working experience with NG9-1-1 solutions
- Advanced knowledge of NG9-1-1 call handling capabilities and best practices
- System Engineering and Networking experience including but not limit to Cloud Computing, Telephony, Networking, and Software as a Service
- Experience assisting in pre-sales and sales activities
- Public Safety, and/or 9-1-1 Emergency Operations experience in PSAPs
