A healthcare solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Sourcing Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing negotiation strategy by market for sourcing regional temporary labor vendors
- Managing work plan and prepare all data analysis activities and presentations during CLM sourcing projects
- Creating and presenting clear, concise and consistent communications in graphic and textual format for use in both client and team settings
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and present data
- 5 or more years of relevant experience required
- Proficient in MS Office Products; excel required
- Experience in sourcing/contract negotiations in the health care industry required
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced team environment
