A financial services company has an open position for a Remote Senior Staff Attorney in Las Vegas.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex legal factual issues
  • Conduct extensive and well-reasoned legal research
  • Prepare pleadings, written discovery, motions and briefs in support of defense strategies

Required Skills:

  • 10% travel
  • Juris Doctorate Degree and a license to practice in the state of Nevada
  • 10+ years of legal practice with demonstrable verdict experience within insurance defense
  • First chair jury trial experience
  • Legal research and motion practice expertise
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
