Job Summary
A solar energy company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Staff Strategic Initiatives Program Manager.
Must be able to:
- Interface with external partners for solution design and integration
- Assist in the ideation, design, and implementation of new and innovative products and programs
- Analyze test results
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a matrixed team environment
- Ability to prioritize, execute and follow up on initiatives down to the smallest detail
- Proven record of good judgment and analytical skills, with attention to detail and consistency
