Job Summary

A privately-held software technology company is in need of a Remote Senior Support Operations Manager in Seattle.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Building, leading & coaching the Support Operations team
  • Driving Support Operations critical initiatives, working with multi-functional leadership
  • Prioritizing programs, projects, reports, and tasks being worked on by your Support Operations team

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years proven experience in Support Engineering Operations or Customer Success Operations
  • Data Science and Program Management experience required
  • 8+ years experience managing a team of Support or Support Operations specialists
  • Administrative level experience with Zendesk and PagerDuty is a huge plus
  • A solid understanding of DevOps Engineering, Software Engineering, or System Administration
