Job Summary

A technology and business services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Systems Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Write well-documented and structured code on a daily basis to meet weekly software development goals
• Attend weekly development meetings and actively participate in discussions around best weekly software development goals and best practices
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, business analysts, project managers, and other engineers

Position Requirements Include:

• 4 years of professional development experience in backend web application stack
• Knowledge of version control tools such as git
• Knowledge of test-driven development
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable web application
• Understanding of industry development standards
• Ability to submit code for evaluation and feedback from Engineering team members through use of a version control tool
