A manufacturing company is seeking a Remote Senior Talent Acquisition Partner.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and executing sourcing and recruitment strategies
  • Driving a positive candidate experience to ensure engagement
  • Consulting with business leaders on talent related strategies and initiatives

Required Skills:

  • Some limited domestic US travel may be required 5-10%
  • 8 years of Talent Acquisition experience with at least 5 years of Technical/Engineering talent sourcing
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Subject matter expertise in the areas of talent attraction, assessment and selection
  • Strong written/ verbal communication skills
  • Advanced skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
