A real estate company is in need of a Remote Senior Talent Acquisition Partner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build key relationships and manage senior stakeholders and influence decision makers
- Use creative and innovative sourcing techniques to identify talent in candidate short and challenging functions
- Demonstrate and deliver best practice recruitment expertise
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent work experience
- Extensive experience as a Senior Recruiter working either in-house or in an Agency
- Advanced communication skills
- Commercial approach to problem solving
- Excellent networking and strong interpersonal skills to communicate with all client groups
- Solutions focused, team player, organized and efficient
