Job Summary
A global play and entertainment company is seeking a Remote Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Partnering with the Talent Acquisition team & internal business partners to understand strategic business objectives
- Developing & leveraging candidate sourcing channels to identify & network with diverse, nationwide talent
- Tracking, measuring & reporting on activity to ensure effectiveness of time & monetary investments being made
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience sourcing top-tier talent in a high volume, fast-paced corporate or agency environment
- Advanced Boolean search skills and confident with x-ray and deep web search (sourcing beyond LinkedIn)
- Ability to build and execute sourcing plans to find and engage hard to reach, passive candidates
- Proven experience in turning passive prospects into active candidates
- Have a broad candidate network with deep concentration of diverse candidates, across multiple verticals
- A strong sense of urgency with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
