Job Summary

This position is responsible for attracting top talent and act as an ambassador for Talent Acquisition for eXp during a period of high growth. Talent Acquisition makes a significant impact on the organization and boosts our employee experience from recruitment through onboarding.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for full cycle recruiting, delivery candidates that are culture and skill matches for eXp
Develops and implements staffing plans and strategies to ensure that corporate goals are met
Negotiate complex offers to close candidates by leveraging your experience with competing for top talent
Understand the entire company talent strategy and collaborate with other team members to put the right talent in the right position
Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process. Share and exchange information with all levels of management.
Partner with all levels in the organization to assist in decisions and know how to achieve results that make a significant impact. Advise hiring managers on Talent Acquisition Best Practices and hiring strategies.
Generate reports and metrics on assigned jobs keeping hiring managers and management informed on hiring status
Avoid legal challenges by understanding current legislation, enforcing regulations with managers, recommending new procedures and conducting training
Ensure job descriptions are updated and current
Provide quality of work and ability to set up and work through processes that are consistent and sustainable
Participate in new human resources initiatives as needed
Participate in and/or facilitate training opportunities

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
Education:
BA/BS in Human Resources or related field strongly preferred
High School Diploma/GED required
Experience:
5+ years of experience in Recruiting
Good understanding of HR best practice and employment law in multiple states
Experience and knowledge of creating and maintaining HR processes and procedures
Professional experience with full cycle recruiting, preferred to have professional services or consulting service recruiting background
Hiring remote work positions and able to recruit talent to a specific job profile nationwide
Support multiple hiring managers and departments with a demonstrated ability to adjust priorities to accommodate business objectives
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills and the ability to demonstrate and handle multiple tasks accurately and efficiently
Flexible and adaptable; demonstrating good judgment, tact, discretion, and diplomacy
Strong customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills
Must be detail and process oriented
Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate at all levels and across the organization
Strong business and HR acumen to navigate through a plethora of HR related issues utilizing your problem, critical thinking, and analytical skills
Responsive, action-oriented, and innovative problem solver
Experience engaging with Diversity Groups
Experience with HRIS and ATS systems and platforms, preferred experience with Lever
Proficiency in Google Docs, MS office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word
