Job Summary
A designer, manufacturer, and marketer of specialty access equipment has an open position for a Remote Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist .
Must be able to:
- Drive connection between individual roles, functional goals and organizational goals
- Leverage your robust knowledge of internal and external talent programs and landscape (market)
- Invest time to understand business leader objectives and team culture that allows for collaborative talent discussion
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent
- Five (5) or more years of technical recruitment or related experience
- Excellent verbal communication skill
