A healthcare manufacturing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Partnering with hiring managers to develop job specifications/requirements
- Sourcing candidates, managing workforce demands and developing networks
- Phone screening and conducting interviews to recruit prospective employees
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
- Ability to manage applicant tracking system and create reports and metrics analysis
- Ability to ensure constant flow of qualified candidates using various tools
