Job Summary

A sustainable power company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Tax Accountant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Assisting in the calculation, preparation, and reviews of schedules for the quarterly income tax provision
• Compiling data and preparing or reviewing workpapers to support income tax compliance
• Preparing and reviewing federal, state, and local income tax returns and related schedules

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• At least two years of experience preparing and filing tax returns
• Quick learner and able to work independently
• Ability to use Excel to organize and analyze data sets using pivot tables, functions, and other tools
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines
