Job Summary
A non-profit technology trade association headquartered in Downers Grove, Illinois has a current position open for a Remote Senior Tech Apprenticeships Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Build a data and recruitment process for a large network of Hiring Partners
- Reach an annual goal of 750 apprentices through our network
- Establish relationships with executives and IT recruiters at potential hiring partners
Position Requirements Include:
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of industry experience or a BA to meet federal contracting requirements
- Deep experience in running registered IT apprenticeships
- Deep industry connections in cybersecurity, networking and IT that could be leveraged for apprenticeships
- A passion for upskilling workforce talent with an focus on diversity
- 5-10 years of relevant sales and/or business development experience working with employers
- Strong track record (quantifiable) in sales and/or business development, ideally selling into the c-suite or executive level
