Job Summary

A software technology company is in need of a Remote Senior Technical Account Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Own end-to-end post sales customer lifecycle
  • Provide technical account management
  • Conduct regular requirements gathering reviews

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to work remotely and travel as required
  • B.S. degree in engineering or similar area or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years Technical Account Management, Customer Support, Sales Engineering
  • Proficiency in infrastructure architecture and development technologies
  • Proficiency in understanding concepts and technologies in DevOps, IT operations AND
  • Security, cloud, micro-services, containers, and scheduling platforms
