Job Summary
A software technology company is in need of a Remote Senior Technical Account Manager.
Must be able to:
- Own end-to-end post sales customer lifecycle
- Provide technical account management
- Conduct regular requirements gathering reviews
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to work remotely and travel as required
- B.S. degree in engineering or similar area or equivalent experience
- 5+ years Technical Account Management, Customer Support, Sales Engineering
- Proficiency in infrastructure architecture and development technologies
- Proficiency in understanding concepts and technologies in DevOps, IT operations AND
- Security, cloud, micro-services, containers, and scheduling platforms
