Job Summary

A financial technology company has an open position for a Remote Senior Technical Accounting and Reporting Accountant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Supporting the monthly close for areas including cash, fixed assets, prepaids, and intercompany
• Performing monthly account reconciliations to ensure accurate and complete financial information
• Supporting technical accounting team with technical account research on as needed basis

Qualifications Include:

• Fluency with GAAP and accounting policy
• Experience working with external auditors and tax providers
• 3+ years of accounting experience, including Big 4 experience
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
• Very good verbal and written communication skills
• Sound organizational skills, timeline management skills and attention to detail
