Job Summary
A global software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Technical Corporate Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Using staffing systems and tools including relational database applicant tracking systems, documenting actions in real-time
- Being responsible for full cycle recruiting
- Building a strong tech focused talent pipeline to help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience leveraging multiple sourcing platforms
- Experience building complex and technically focused Boolean search strings
- Excellent organizational skills and oral/written communication skills
- Experience sourcing or recruiting for technical roles (Developers, Cloud Engineers, QA, Big Data, Technical Support)
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and LinkedIn
