A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Technical Developer in Philadelphia.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Redefine how the real estate industry uses data
  • Code, design and implement systems
  • Use a combination of rules-based, machine learning and human controlled approaches

Position Requirements Include:

  • Experience with Apache SOLR and Kafka
  • Production experience developing with languages such as Python or Java in an enterprise context
  • Experience working with AWS including DynamoDB and Elasticsearch
  • Experience with Apache SOLR and Kafka
  • Production experience storing and processing large data sets using modern data platforms
  • Know both NoSQL and relational database approaches, and tradeoffs
