Job Summary

A software developer has a current position open for a Remote Senior Technical Implementation Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading all technical aspects of new customer onboarding
  • Developing processes and collateral to support clarity in workflows
  • Managing internal and external project schedules

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 6-8 years proven track record managing complex projects and implementations
  • 3+ years in client service roles, particularly with large Enterprise customers
  • Presentation development skills
  • Strong knowledge of two or more of the following: APIs, Programming, EHR’s
  • Former Engineer, Professional Services Lead, Integration Manager or Sales Engineer
  • Prior experience building and leading teams
