Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Senior Technical Platform Writer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Creating documentation for user guides, integration guides, API developer guides, in-platform instructions, online help, and release notes
  • Gathering and analyzing technical and product information from various sources to document new or changing product functionality
  • Monitoring metrics on the usage of training materials as well as direct customer feedback to prioritize future training investments

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent and experience with API documentation
  • Experience in English, Communication, Journalism, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Technical Writing arena
  • Experience interviewing subject matter experts and experimenting with software to obtain technical and product knowledge for a project
  • Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile software development in a SaaS and software platform environment
