Core Responsibilities Include:
- Designing programs aligned to company OKRs
- Participating in all agile ceremonies and measure progress across all scrum teams
- Continuously optimizing things that are going well and seek opportunities to improve
Required Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in a program management or related technical role
- Strong executive presence
- An acute understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- The ability to manage the entire program life cycle for high-stakes initiatives
- Ability to influence without authority
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
