A healthcare technology and services company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Technical Program Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Designing and implementing best practices and processes that enable teams to move quickly and efficiently
- Partnering with product, engineering, and design to drive implementation from conception to launch
- Leading cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams across all phases of the software development lifecycle
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience shipping multiple complex software programs or features simultaneously
- Knowledge of software development best practices and frameworks
- 5+ years of program management experience in software development
- Experience in leading and influencing others
- Expertise in building and managing relationships across teams, disciplines, and stakeholders
- Skilled in making complex ideas simple to understand
